Jason File

Jason File

Jason is an artist, university lecturer at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK), and a war crimes prosecutor for the United Nations in The Hague, where he prosecutes cases of genocide and crimes against humanity. He holds fine art degrees from the Chelsea College of Art & Design in London and the KABK, as well as degrees in law, international relations, and humanities from Yale and Oxford. His multimedia art practice investigates the relationship between individuals and societal institutions and structures, often by creating and exploiting overlaps between art objects/events and real life.

Jason was involved as an advisor during the residency of Simon Farid.
