Through their nomadic model, team work and utopian approach, HomeBase seeks to cultivate community, cross-cultural dialogue, education and creative collaborations, linking art to everyday living, bringing us as a society closer to core human values, to the ‘other’, to our direct urban surroundings, and to home.

In its seventh year, after traveling to buildings in NY to Berlin in 2010 and developing there the HomeBase LAB as a year round research center, presenting in venues such as the Guggenheim LAB and Res Artis Tokyo, HomeBase project is arriving in Jerusalem and will be located at the very center of the Middle East’s political turmoil, in one of the most extraordinary sites in Jerusalem - The Hansen hospital - a historic Lepers hospital will connected via Technology to Berlin and NY. We will be devoting the upcoming chapter to leadership of artists, healing, and home.
