During Museumnight in The Hague Lorenz showed a glowing herbary that displays plants picked from the garden of the Nutshuis. This was part of his residency Common Ground.
Het Nutshuis is an independant platform for art, culture and society. Their program is focused on the disclosing of the backgrounds and multilayeredness of social issues.
Common Ground by Lorenz Olivier Schmid was made possible by the Nutshuis. Lorenz made a public compost bin in the garden of the Nutshuis and made a site specific piece in the green house for Museumnight 2013. Common Ground was also a cooperation with the Haags Milieucentrum.
